Monica Ream is a California licensed architect and LEED Accredited Professional with fifteen years of professional experience in all phases of design. She has worked on many diverse project types including public safety, public agency, tenant improvement, and residential.
In 2001 Monica was awarded her Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California Berkeley. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa in addition to earning the Alpha Rho Chi medal for leadership, service, and merit. In 2009 Monica was awarded her Masters of Architecture degree from the University of California Los Angeles. She was one of six students selected by the faculty to receive the distinction of Graduated with Honors. Monica held several teaching and teaching assistant positions while at UCLA.
For the last eight years, Monica has focused on high-end custom residential projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. Growing up in California, she has a passion for indoor-outdoor living and sustainable design. Monica is a "big picture" thinker who brings energy, talent and creativity to every design challenge. She balances this zest for design with her ability to be a practical and knowledgeable project manager with excellent leadership and communication skills.
